About This Application
NGET (NextGen E-Ticket Solution) is a business-to-business (B2B) enterprise application provided by ITQ Technologies Pvt Ltd for authorized travel agency employees, available as both a Web Application and a Mobile Application. The application enables agency users to:
- Search and retrieve existing PNR (Passenger Name Record) details from GDS
- View and format e-ticket information in DGCA-compliant layouts
- Display DGCA 2D Bar Code on tickets
- Generate PDF / Word documents of e-tickets
- Email generated ticket documents to recipients
- Configure agency-level display and service-fee settings
This application is NOT a ticket booking, reservation, or payment platform. It does not sell tickets, process payments, or create new bookings. It is an internal tool used by travel agency staff to manage and share ticket information for bookings that already exist in GDS.
General Conditions
- We follow appropriate standards to protect your privacy when using the NGET Application (Web and Mobile). This policy outlines the personal information we collect, how it is used and safeguarded, and the rights you have with respect to your information.
- This Privacy Policy applies to the ITQ NGET Application (Web and Mobile) and the associated backend services hosted at nget.itq.in ("Services").
- By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the NGET Application, you (the "User") agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
- This Privacy Policy does not cover third-party systems (such as your corporate email provider, or recipient email systems) that may receive data as a normal part of providing the Services.
- Access to the application is restricted to authorized users provisioned by ITQ or its partner agencies. Login credentials must not be shared.
1. What Personal Data Do We Collect?
The NGET application is designed with data minimization as a core principle. We collect only the information necessary to operate the Services.

- Full name / display name
- Agency name and sub-agency name
- PCC (Pseudo City Code) / office IDs assigned to the user
- Email address registered with your agency
- Role / permissions (for example, admin vs. regular user)
1.3 Operational Data You Enter or Retrieve

1.6 What We Do NOT Collect
To be explicit, the NGET Application does not collect any of the following:
- Payment card, bank account, or any financial/payment information
- Location data (no GPS / geolocation is requested or used)
- Camera, microphone, photos, or contacts
- Biometric data
- Push-notification tokens or marketing identifiers
- Social-media profiles or third-party login data
- SMS, WhatsApp, or telephone-call data
- Behavioral analytics or advertising identifiers
- Health, dietary, religious, sexual-orientation, or other "sensitive" personal data
- Information about minors (the application is not intended for use by anyone under 18 and is restricted to authorized agency personnel)
2. How Do We Collect Personal Data?
- Directly from you: when you log in, enter a PNR to search, configure service fees, or enter email recipients to deliver a ticket PDF.
- From your agency / ITQ provisioning system: your account, profile, agency mapping, and PCC assignments are created and managed by your agency administrator and provided to the application through the backend.
- From the GDS / ticketing systems: when you query a PNR, the backend retrieves the corresponding ticket data from the relevant GDS or ticketing system.
- Automatically: standard request metadata (such as IP address and timestamp) is recorded by our backend in server access logs.
The application does not use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising SDKs, or third-party analytics tools.
3. Lawful Basis for Processing
We process personal data on the following bases:
- Contract / Legitimate Business Use: to provide the Services to your employer/agency under our service agreement with them.
- Consent: where required (for example, sending an OTP to your registered email address for password reset).
- Legal Obligation: to comply with applicable laws, including DGCA, tax, and aviation-industry record-keeping requirements.
- Legitimate Interests: for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and ensuring the integrity of the Services.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect strictly to operate the application. Specifically:
- Authentication: to verify your identity and maintain your session via JWT.
- Profile display: to show your name, agency, and assigned PCCs in the application.
- Ticket retrieval and formatting: to look up PNRs, fetch ticket details, and render them in the selected format (DGCA, Itinerary, etc.).
- Filtering and display preferences: to apply your filter selections (hiding fare, taxes, etc.) when generating ticket documents.
- Service-fee configuration: to save and apply markup amounts you configure.
- Document generation and delivery: to generate PDF / Word documents on the device and, when you choose, email them via our backend to the recipients you specify.
- Password reset: to send an OTP to your registered email and verify it.
- Support and security: to investigate errors, prevent abuse, and protect the Services.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the Services.
5. With Whom Do We Share Your Data?
The application is an internal enterprise tool. Data is shared only as required to deliver the Services:
- ITQ backend (nget.itq.in): all application data is transmitted to and processed by ITQ-managed backend services.
- Your agency: your usage is associated with your agency and may be visible to your agency administrators.
- GDS / ticketing systems: PNR queries are forwarded to the underlying GDS/ticketing platform that holds the booking.
- Email recipients you specify: when you email a generated ticket document, the recipient(s) you enter (To / CC) will receive the email and its attachment.
- SMTP / email delivery provider: our backend uses an email service to send OTPs and ticket emails on your behalf.
- Competent authorities: where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request (for example, DGCA, tax, or law-enforcement requirements).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, and we do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners.
6. How We Protect Your Data
- Encryption in transit: all communication between the application and the backend occurs over HTTPS (TLS).
- Token-based authentication: sessions are protected using JWT; credentials are not stored in plaintext on the device or browser.
- Access controls: backend access is restricted to authorized personnel; agency users see only data permitted by their role and assigned PCCs.
- Server-side logging and monitoring: activity is logged for security and audit purposes.
- No payment data: because the application never collects payment information, PCI-related risks do not apply.
Your Responsibilities
- Keep your username and password confidential and do not share them.
- Use the application only on devices you trust and lock.
- Log out from shared devices.
- Notify your agency administrator or ITQ support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Only enter recipient email addresses you are authorized to send ticket information to.
No system is completely secure. While we apply industry-standard safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law and to our obligations to your agency (which is typically the data controller for your account), you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information (most profile fields are managed by your agency administrator).
- Request deletion of your account when it is no longer required, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (this may prevent further use of the Services).
- Lodge a complaint with the appropriate data-protection authority.
To exercise these rights, contact your agency administrator first, or write to us at the address in the Contact section. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
8. Data Retention
- Account and profile data: retained while your account is active and you are authorized by your agency. Deleted or anonymized after deactivation, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Ticket and PNR queries: the application does not maintain a long-term local cache of ticket data. Server-side logs of API requests are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
- Server access logs: retained for a limited period (typically not longer than reasonably necessary for security and audit).
- Records required by law (for example, tax, aviation, or audit obligations) are retained for the period required by the applicable regulation.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be made available within the application or through your agency administrator. Continued use of the application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
